🔼 No Place Like Home. WSU redshirt sophomore quarterback Jaxon Potter threw for 257 yards and three touchdowns, and the Cougars rode a dominant defensive effort to capture a 36-13 Homecoming win over the San Diego State.
For the game, the Cougar defense held San Diego State to 215 total yards and 10 first downs. Meanwhile, the WSU's offense racked up nearly 400 total yards, including 139 yards rushing.
Kirby Vorhees reeled off 69 yards and two TDs on the ground for the Cougs, while Joshua Meredith reeled in eight catches for 88 yards to lead the receiving core.

That’s how the WSU volleyball program spent their time in the desert as the Cougs rolled to wins over Northern Arizona (3-1) and East Texas A&M (3-1).
Lucie Blažkova had a monster weekend racking up 53 kills in WSU’s three matches including 19 in both of the victories.

🔼 Ready To Roll. After a breakout sophomore campaign last season for the Chargers, Daiyan Henley is back to show that wasn’t a fluke.
Henley had a monster night for Los Angeles in a thrilling 27-21 win over the defending AFC Champion, Kansas City Chiefs.
The former Cougar standout racked up eight tackles, including his second career sack to thwart a Chiefs scoring opportunity late in the second quarter.
