🔼 Sunday, Sunday, Sunday. The wait is finally over. Game week is here.
This Sunday, the WSU Football program enters a new era as head coach Kirby Moore and the Cougs head to Seattle to battle for the Apple Cup against #17 Washington at 1 p.m. PT on NBC.
This marks the first time ever that the Apple Cup has served as the season opener for both programs.

Director of Athletics Jon Haarlow and Voice of the Cougs Chris King are joined by analyst and former WSU QB Alex Brink to help preview Sunday’s matchup, as well as Head Volleyball Coach Korey Schroeder, who looks back at the start of the Cougs season on the court.

🔼 On The Road. After sweeping the action at last weekend’s Cougar Invitational, WSU Volleyball hits the road for the first time this season with a pair of matches in Eugene, Oregon on Saturday and Sunday.
The Cougars open the weekend tomorrow against Long Island at 4 p.m. PT, before turning around to face host Oregon on Sunday at noon.

🔼 Poll Position. Next weekend, the WSU Cross Country squads will hit the course for the first time this fall and they will do so with rankings next to their names.
The men’s squad will enter as the #2 ranked team in the region, while the women sit at #3.
WSU is set to host the annual Cougar Classic on Friday, September 11th at Colfax Golf & Country Club.
