📈 STOCK UP
🔼 Turning It Up. The Cougs continue to turn the intensity up at training camp with the squad hitting the practice field for the second scrimmage of the summer this past Friday.

🔼 Countin’ Down. We’re getting closer and closer, Cougs fans!
That’s right, we are now just 1️⃣3️⃣ days away from the kickoff of the 2026 football season for the Cougs.
This year’s Wazzu roster has plenty of new exciting faces, one of which is #1️⃣3️⃣ Ryan McKendry.
The Brentwood, Calif., native is a JUCO transfer who has big play potential on the outside for Wazzu. At 6-2, 200-pounds, McKendry gives a big target, which he displayed last season at Los Medanos JUCO, hauling in 44 catches for 1,221 yards and 14 catches.
Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of Wazzu Football this fall. The Cougs will take on Washington
in the Apple Cup on Sept. 6 in Seattle.
Cougar Nation, game day is coming to Marco Polo.
Join Cougs Mobile at Marco Polo Bar & Grill on September 6 for WSU vs UW and enter for your chance to win a signed football, signed jersey, and Marco Polo gift cards.
Come rep the Cougs, connect with us, and make game day count. Go Cougs!
🔼 Sunday Shutout. The WSU women’s soccer team rounded out a trip to the Dakotas by earning a scoreless draw against North Dakota State on Sunday afternoon.
WSU goalkeeper Sidney Venier earned her first career shutout as the Cougs held the Bison scoreless for a third-consecutive meeting but were unable to convert from 12 Cougar shot attempts.
🔼 Class Acts. WSU women’s hoops was recently named to the 2025-26 WBCA Honor Roll with a team GPA of 3.76 which ranked 10th in the nation among all NCAA Division I women’s basketball programs.
The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes college women’s basketball teams across the nation in their respective divisions that carry the highest combined GPAs inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season. A team must have a combined GPA of 3.0 or better and be nominated by its head coach who must be a member of the WBCA to be recognized.
