🔼 So Fresh, So Clean. With kickoff just over a month away and training camp set to start next week, it was the perfect time to unveil the brand new $3.6 million renovation of the locker room in the WSU Football Complex.

The Cougs got their first look on Wednesday evening with the nearly 70 donors who made the renovation a reality.

🔼 Campin’ Out. Wazzu will open 2026 Preseason Camp on Thursday, August 6 at the Rogers Practice Fields.

The Cougars are led by first-year head coach Kirby Moore, who was named WSU’s 36th head coach December 12, 2025.

Cougs don't just show up on game day. They show up every day.

Cougs Mobile, a wireless service built in partnership with WSU, directs a portion of every payment toward WSU athletics and student programs, at no extra cost to you. No donation form. No pledge drive. Just your wireless plan backing Coug Country.

Unlimited plans from $25/mo. No contracts. No hidden fees. Keep your number.

🔼 Countin’ Down. Tick tock, tick tock, we’re getting closer and closer.

That’s right, we are now 3️⃣7️⃣ days away from the kickoff of the 2026 football season for the Cougs.

One of the best players to ever put on a WSU uniform was Ken Greene, a second-team AP All-American at safety, was a star for the Cougs from 1974-77.

He was taken with the 19th overall selection in the 1977 NFL Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals and went on to have a seven-year NFL career, which included 15 INTs.

Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of Wazzu Football this fall. The Cougs will take on Washington
in the Apple Cup on Sept. 6 in Seattle.

🔼 A Dozen Away. A new era of WSU soccer is just 12 days away from its official kickoff.

Under first-year head coach Chris Citowicki, the Cougar soccer team will ring in the school year with the first athletic event on campus, Wednesday, August 12, against Idaho at 6 pm. The opening weekend continues Saturday, August 15 against South Florida at 6 pm.

WSU’s 2026 schedule include eight home games at the Lower Soccer Field.
