🔼 Countin’ Down. Tick tock, tick tock, we’re getting closer and closer.

That’s right, we are just 4️⃣8️⃣ days away from the kickoff of the 2026 football season for the Cougs.

The date: September 14, 2003
The opponent: Southern Utah

Former WSU standout Connor Halliday had a monster day tossing for 383 yards and five TDs to lead the Cougs to a 4️⃣8️⃣-10 victory to improve to 2-1 early in the 2013 season.

Halliday and the Cougs would march their way to another bowl appearance, earning a trip to the New Mexico Bowl that year.

Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of Wazzu Football this fall. The Cougs will take on Washington
in the Apple Cup on Sept. 6 in Seattle.

🔼 Cougar Reflections. This past May, Hannah Harrison not only earned her degree from WSU, but also completed a stellar four-year career with the Cougs women’s golf squad.

But that career wasn’t without hardships and times of struggle.
