🔼 Primetime Partnership. Washington State University Athletics and the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation have announced a historic new partnership grounded in shared values of community, culture, and a commitment to developing future generations of leaders.
Under the five-year agreement, the largest annual sponsorship in WSU Athletics history, all Cougar uniforms will feature a Colville Tribe jersey patch. The initiative represents one of the most comprehensive uniform recognitions in college athletics and a first of its kind within the Pac-12.
The partnership brings the 12 Tribes of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, who have lived since time immemorial in the lands known today as eastern Washington, together with the state's land-grant university. It builds on a longstanding relationship first formalized in 1997 and rooted in more than a century of shared commitment to this region's diverse and evolving needs.

This week, Coach Moore sat down to give a little sneak peek into what’s coming this fall for the Cougs.

🔼 Countin’ Down. Tick tock, tick tock, we’re getting closer and closer.
That’s right, we are just 6️⃣7️⃣ days away from the kickoff of the 2026 football season for the Cougs.
One of the stalwarts on the offensive line is back for his final season in Pullman this fall as #6️⃣7️⃣ Jonny Lester looks to cap off his time with the Cougs with another Bowl game.
Over the past two seasons, Lester has played in 25 games, including starting all 13 games last year. He started 11 games at left guard and two at right tackle.
Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of Wazzu Football this fall. The Cougs will take on Washington
in the Apple Cup on Sept. 6 in Seattle.
