🔼 Flyin’ High. No better way to go into the postseason than on a heater, right?
The WSU Baseball is doing exactly that as the Cougs not only secured their ticket to the Mountain West Tournament later this month, but also picked up a sixth consecutive series victory after taking two-of-three at Air Force this past weekend.
Nick Lewis and the WSU offense got things started with a dominant 11-2 victory on Friday. The Cougs bats stayed hot on Saturday, pounding their way to a 14-4 win and clinching the series.
With the two wins, WSU now has the most conference wins since 2010 (15), the most series wins (7) since 2017 and the six-straight series victories mark the longest such streak since 1995.
Carry the card that carries your values.
🔼 Tip Of The Cap. While we celebrate the successes of our student-athletes regularly, this past weekend, the Cougs were honored for a different type of success.
WSU Athletics hosted its annual Senior Recognition Luncheon this past Friday at the Alger Family Club Room at Gesa Field.
The luncheon highlighted the academic and athletic contributions of this year's senior class of Cougar student-athletes.
Twenty-four student-athletes were recognized for the Senior Excellence in Academics Award, given to seniors who have earned a minimum of 90 credits with at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA, been members of the WSU Athletics All-Academic Team each semester, enrolled at WSU for at least two years, and excelled in their degree program and sport program.
Save on your phone plan while also supporting Wazzu. Cougs Mobile runs on the T-Mobile 5G network with plans starting at $20/month. Get exclusive gameday perks and support Washington State University with every monthly payment.
🔼 Growing Fam. The WSU Men’s Basketball family keeps growing after getting another new addition over the weekend.
The Cougs went back down under and picked up the signing of 6-7 forward Roman Stathis out of Sydney. Stathis arrives in Pullman after spending last season at Golden State Prep in California.
🤔 COUGAR TRIVIA

Senior Gavin Roy reached base in all three games this weekend at Air Force to extend his on-base streak to 38 consecutive games.
Where does that streak rank all-time in Cougs history?
Got a guess?
