🔼 All Heart. With over 95-percent of their scoring eligible to return next season, the future of the Wazzu women’s hoops program is bright.
That bright future was on display at the 2026 WCC Women’s Basketball tournament as the Cougs won back-to-back games and nearly pulled off another upset in the third round.
Eleonora Villa capped off her outstanding junior season, averaging 20.0 points and 4.7 assists in the three WCC Tournament games. Her 560 points scored this season was the eighth-most in program history.

🔼 Glass Breaker. With a 19-point performance in Wazzu’s WCC Tournament matchup with Portland, Ace Glass raised the bar yet again.

🔼 Meet The Cougs. After appearing in 22 games over the past two seasons at Kent State, junior linebacker Nylan Brown joined the Cougars football program this spring.
A native of Indianapolis, Ind., Brown racked up 58 tackles with the Golden Flashes.

Rosemary Longisa is headed to Fayetteville this upcoming weekend to compete among the nation’s best at the 2026 NCAA Indoor Champoinships.
Longisa earned a ticket and will compete in the women’s mile.
