🔼 Coming Up Roses. The storybook season of Rosemary Longisa added another chapter to its historic book this past weekend.
The Eldoret, Kenya, native finished second at the National Indoor Championships, clocking a time of 4-minute and 40-seconds in the mile.
She was only one-tenth behind the first-place finisher. Longisa earns All-American honors for the first time in her early indoor track and field career.
🔼 Meet The Cougs. One of the newest members of the Wazzu Football program arrived in January with linebacker DJ Wagner coming to Pullman after two seasons of collegiate action.
Wagner arrives at WSU after playing 12 games at SMU in 2025 and 12 more with Kansas in 2024.
Meet the newest member of the Cougar defensive unit.
Calling all Cougs: You could earn $150 when you join BECU. Offer ends April 30.
🔼 Nick At Night. Taking the mound less than 100 miles from his hometown, redshirt sophomore Nick Lewis put together one of the best performances of his young WSU career.
For the fourth time in his career, Lewis tossed more than six innings, allowing just two earned runs in 6.2 innings of work in the Cougs’ 7-2 victory at San Diego State on Saturday night.
