🔼 Future Shinin’ Bright. The future continues to get brighter and brighter for the WSU football program, who this week, welcomed the latest wave of newcomers to Cougar Nation.
Let’s meet the 28 signees, who inked with Coach Rogers and the program on National Signing Day.
🔼 Accolades Aplenty. They might need to start expanding the trophy case for the WSU Cross Country programs.
After a historic fall, WSU swept the WCC major awards this week.
Solomon Kipchoge was named the Men's Runner of the Year and Rosemary Longisa took Women's Runner of the Year accolades.
Wayne Phipps won coach of the year honors for the first time since starting his coaching reign at WSU, while Laura Harmon was named coach of the year for the first time in her coaching career on the women’s side.
🔼 Smarty Cats. The volleyball court wasn’t the only place these Cougars had success this fall.
This week, WSU volleyball had two earn All-Academic honors from the West Coast Conference.
Lucie Blažková was named to the 2025 WCC Volleyball All-Academic Team and Taryn Vrieling earned WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
What is NIL?

How can you get involved?
Cougar fans and businesses can support NIL efforts in several ways, including contributions through the Cougar Athletic Fund, Cougar Collective, or Playfly Max. These platforms help create opportunities for student-athletes while strengthening Cougar Athletics.
How can student-athletes promote your business?
Student-athletes can partner with your brand through social media campaigns, autograph signings, appearances, camps, and other promotional activities. It’s a great way to connect with the Cougar community and grow your business.
🤔 COUGAR TRIVIA

After a historic performance in Maui last week, Ace Glass earned WCC Freshman of the Week honors earlier this week.
Through the first nine games of the year, Glass is averaging 17.3 ppg. Where does that rank nationally among all freshmen?
