This week, WSU baseball and head coach Nathan Choate unveiled its full 2027 slate.
WSU’s 2027 slate will feature games against four NCAA Tournament teams, a pair of road series at SEC and Big Ten Conference opponents and five home series including three during the 18-game New Pac-12 Conference.

The Cougar women enter as one of the favorites, ranked No. 13 nationally and No. 1 in the West Region, coming off a third-place finish at the Tyson Invitational highlighted by senior Jaylyn Lehner's runner-up performance and top-15 finishes from Sabrina Colbert and Evelina Sitnika.
On the men's side, WSU enters ranked fifth in the West Region and receiving votes nationally, led by Solomon Kipchoge and Evans Kurui, who finished ninth and 13th, respectively, at the prestigious Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational earlier this month.
